I’m a product design leader who builds and scales design organizations at critical company stages.

Today I’m Director of Product Design at Loxo, the leading AI-powered talent intelligence platform transforming how companies hire. My work focuses on raising product quality, building scalable design systems, and partnering closely with leadership to shape product strategy while contributing directly to complex design work.

Throughout my career I’ve joined companies during moments of change or growth. At BetterCloud, I helped lead a VC-backed turnaround, unifying multiple acquired SaaS products into a single platform. At Labelbox, I scaled the design team while working on AI data labeling and model training tools used for multimodal datasets. Earlier, I helped shape product vision as the Senior Founding Designer at Rill Data and led product design for UniFi Protect at Ubiquiti, a billion-dollar networking company.

I work primarily in highly technical product spaces, particularly AI, infrastructure, and SaaS platforms. My work sits at the intersection of product strategy, design systems, and organizational design, helping teams move faster while raising the quality and consistency of complex product experiences.

I hold a B.S. in Informatics (Human-Computer Interaction and Information Architecture) from the University of Washington and completed a Leadership Principles certificate at Harvard Business School Online.
